Classified School Employee Week: March 13-17

Dear ESP Member,

Thank you for all that you do to help our students, families, teachers, administrators, schools, and each other.  The past two years have been quite a ride for the ESP members of our association.  We stand stronger today because of your involvement, courage, and dedication to our education association and community. I know you have heard it often, but there is no way that our schools could operate as effectively as they do, nor our students achieve at the high rate that they do each year, without your tireless dedication to your work.  The work done by our combined bargaining teams is an example for the rest of the state to follow.

The number of ESP at our Rep Council meetings have swelled our ranks to their highest levels ever! Just last night Reps were involved in great conversations about how to deal with the changing school start times, a very complex topic. Having the ESP Reps at these meetings allows for a more robust, meaningful conversations and better solutions for all.

As we continue to move forward in this legislative session this year, there is much to be gained by ESP members.  Please stay engaged with us as we press forward for those gains.  You are crucial to our overall success!  Again, thank you so much for your work and support!
